Fixed:
- FreedbID was cleared when linking
- Opening a database created with a version prior to v7 resulted in an error
- Options Screen: "Show Collection Status indicator in list" check box had disappeared
- Add Automatically: added albums weren't always linked
- Synchronize with Music Collector Connect: synchronization could change the order of discs in multi-disc albums
